Sand Ceremony Help Please!

I want to do a sand ceremony but need help. I don't know where to start. I think I saw online to do white on the bottom to symbolize God as our foundation (love the idea). Then I want my parents and FIL's to do a layer. Then Ryan, then me, then both of us. And then our daughter. Does this seem right? Do I get a different color sand for my parents and me? I'm confused. Any tips and pictures would be appreciated. Thanks

Im subscribing to this because we just decided to do a sand ceremony instead of unity candle since we are having an outdoor wedding!

There are many sand ceremony sets available online. If you are including multiple people in your sand ceremony, you can use a different color for each person. You and your DF would have a different color, your daughter would have another color as well as your parents.

This is the set I used, but it was just DH and I so we used 2 colors.

We are doing a sand ceremony at our wedding in September. We are using a base sand and 5 different colors to symbolize me, DFiance, and my 3 DSs. Kevin Knox (who is performing our ceremony at WDW) has a sample sand ceremony in the packet of info that he gave us.

Thanks! I don't remember the name of the website I purchased them from. But just google "heart shaped sand ceremony set" and it should come up. There are a lot of different websites that sell it. Just go for the one with the best price.
