We leave in about a month for VWL in a two bedroom. We are going with my inlaws and I want this to be special. Which rooms have the balconies that are partially blocked. We have a dedicated two bedroom. Besides nonsmoking any other suggestions? We went over New Years and had a dedicated one bedroom on the bottom floor. Not much of a view even a woods one. Are the rooms overlooking the trash bin dedicated two bedrooms? Which floors are nonsmoking?
Thanks for your advice.

I would request a room near the elevator and on a higher floor. We had a room that was a LONG hike from the elevator. The higher floors also have a better view.

the partial baloncy are on the 5th floor -

4th floor near the quiet pool (very, very few so don't be disappointed if you don't get it). This will also give you a lake view. If you can't get that then definitely ask to be near the elevators - the trash view is at the end of the hall -

Which floor is smoking? We always request nonsmoking.

Thanks for the help.

BeckyV,

I believe we were in room 4013, a dedicated 2 bedroom, with a nice balcony that overlooked the bus area. You may think at first that, it would be a bad view, but we actualy liked it. It was peaceful, quiet and had a mix view of woods and the conopy area. I went out there once every day, no problems. I believe these boards tend to over play the balcony view. The 4th floor was non-smoking and we were also next to the elevator. All in a all it was great room. The only complaint I had was that the garbage was left in the room, along with a water bottle in the fridge when we checked in. But that was addresed quickly.

We were in 3514 & really liked it.
It was clode to the elevators & overlooked the covered walkway to Wilderness Lodge.
