Blimey! my heart missed a beat tonight. I was listening to the news and just caught the statement that Simon Veness had been killed in Saudi Arabia!

I hope and assume that it wasn't our Simon or a relative.

I was listening to the radio news last night and heard it. However, from the write-up in this morning's paper, I'm sure it's not 'our' Simon. My condolences go to the family of this Mr Veness.
