Kevin's pasta recipe!!

hi all!

Last night while trying to think of what to make for dinner, I remembered that on a recent restaurant review (maybe it was Turf club??) Kevin "modified" his pasta by asking the wait staff for some olive oil, and then he added salt and pepper. (I'm not sure if he added butter too. :confused3)

So that's what I made!! Spaghetti a la Kevin!!! :cool1: super super simple, yet super super good!! it's a great tip too, Kevin, for those times in the restaurants when the pasta's just not right. :goodvibes

yes, lemon juice!!! how can i forget the lemon juice!! (i missed an ingredient in a 4-ingredient sauce. this is why I am not a chef.) :lmao:

Make sure you use fresh cracked pepper and top it with a little grated parm. cheese. Good stuff.

You should also try browning some garlic in olive oil and throwing it on top of the pasta. Mix it gently with seasoning. You can also add broccoli or peas.
