Does the 11 month window apply for the cruise?

Do you have to wait for the 11 month window to use points for booking the cruise? We want to use our points next year for the Disney Cruise, and am a bit concerned that the Cat. 6 rooms might book up before 11 months.

You can book the cruise 11 months from your Departure date. I assumed it would be return date since you can book rooms 11 months from check-out date, but I called the other day and confirmed it is departure date. Unfortunately for me that day is this coming Sunday so I have to call on Monday, one of the busiest MS days.
