I have been randomly selected to complete a telephone survey after each of my last 3 calls to MS. I only know the count because I have had to call MS 3 times in the past month (after several months without a call).

Does anybody else get "randomly" selected every time they call?

Yes - I've been 'randomly' selected each of the last 4 times I've called. I've never stayed on the line for the survey.

I'd say I get "randomly selected" about 50% of the time.

I get randomly selected every time I call. I'm beginning to think everyone does. I never stay on the line though.

I seem to always get randomly selected. I don't like it when i'm calling at 9am to get a concierge reservation.

I've been 'selected' the last 2 times I've called. Stayed on the first time and gave some positive feedback about my first VGC booking experience, didn't stay on the second time as I'd already been on the phone 20min and needed to get back to work :thumbsup2

I have called MS at least 5 times in the last week (we're new and just trying to get everything set up and a reservation made) and I have been "randomly selected" every time! I dont think it's so random after all..... but I did stay on for one because the CM had really gone out of her way to help me. :)

I have been selected also a few times for surveys. Half the time I forget when the calls is over. I just did the survey last time I called two days ago.

I had to call twice yesterday and was 'randomly' selected each time.

It could be that the people who are getting selected meet a specific demographic/criteria/profile and that is why they are always getting selected. I called yesterday for the first time and I was selected too.

Wow...what am I missing? I've called probably 5 times over the past month, and I've never been randomly selected! What am I, the most unlucky person in the world? I know I don't win lotteries or prizes either. Now there's this thing that practically everyone is getting randomly selected for, and I haven't been asked once! I am a Florida resident, annual passholder, long time DVC member, Disney Visa holder...I've even had the old MK Club cards and Dining cards back in the day. So why would I be left out on this. It's actually worrying me a bit.

I called three times Friday afternoon and was "randomly" picked for the survey all 3 times - I'm so lucky I should go looking for wallets in the mall parking lot. :rotfl2:

I suspect that their hit rate is so low that they just put it to everyone now.
