I'm sorry - I'm not going to e-mail the pages out. But, when all of the pages are finished, I will create a PDF file and a Word File and post the link so that everyone can enjoy. In that file, if you are using a Word document, I will tell you where I found the free fonts that I was using so that you can switch them up.
As you can see from the new pages I've put up in the first entry, I put the font by the day we were going to that specific park. Feel free to change as you like. I am also using some titles from some other wonderful DISiners that I've collected over this year. I will give credit where credit is due, but it will all come in one complete package. I will try to update as soon as possible whenever I finish pages so that the first page has as many pages as it can without overloading!

The pages should be done by the end of the week, but I'm making no promises.

I'm working as fast as I can. I assume I will have the pages done by the end of this week, but I'm not making any promises.
I will have them ready in a PDF with blanks so that you can print them out and write in them as soon as the pages are done.
But, to put them in Word requires a lot more work as I've made them to fit a 5" by 6.2" paper.
I have to make them bigger, then find all of the fonts that I've used with them and find links to download them. So - please bear with me here. I promise I will let you know as soon as they are done.

Well, I found an old Address Book filled with addresses of people I don't know and old addresses of people I do. So, I'm just taping the pages onto the ones already there.
For my next trip, I'll make them full paper size so that I can put it in sleeves in a binder. But, for this one I wanted it to have a nice hard cover and to be easy enough to take with me on the trip.

I've got a bunch more pages to go, but I'm workin' on them every day!

Okay, so I mapped everything out, and while I am not finished with it all, it will come down to 75 pages!!! Yikes! I AM an uber planner!!! :rotfl:

They will be finished by the end of this week as I'm almost finished.
What I will do is put up blanks here in 3 installments (25 pages each) so that you can save them as jpgs and print them out while I try and figure out the best way to make them a pdf or word file.

Eventually, they will be available to download in 4 ways.
1) Save target as... from the photos on here
2) Downloading them as photos from photobucket
3) Downloading them as one big pdf file
4) Downloading them as one big Word document with fonts to install

The photos came from all over - lots and lots of collecting this month.
Unfortunately, I know very little about Busch Gardens and other parks, so I can't do planners for them. Sorry :(

I don't really understand your problem.
The first part I got because my daily bandwidth exceeded. I have switched to a different photo uploader with unlimited bandwidth and that shouldn't be a problem.
But, these are PHOTOS. The only way that you can "make corrections" to these files is if you go through the process of downloading the Word document. Otherwise, they remain as is. You have to print them out and write in them, you can't fill them in on the computer unless you put your own text boxes in a photo program.
If that isn't what you mean by making corrections, let me know. But, I don't really know how to help you otherwise.

Ah - so it's about sizing. Okay. I don't know why they are printing as full size pictures. Your best bet is to wait until tonight, when I have the PDF up and running. It will print on full size paper and you can cut them out the way that I did. If that helps, it will be up tonight, I promise.
If not, if you have a PC - you can put them in their own folder, and then click the Print All or Print Folder button. It will take you to a Print Wizard, and you can print 4 to a page I think.

I figured it out.
If you download the pictures from Disboards individually, they are journal size.
From photobucket, they are full size.

Go to Start, Control Panel, Fonts. Then File, Install New Fonts. A box should pop up and you'll need to find the folder where the fonts are saved. I had to play around with where I saved the fonts to get them in the right place (ended up just putting them right into the C: drive). When you open the correct folder they should all show up in the list of fonts at the top. Then hit the select all button, then ok. They should download to your computer.

Hi there,

I don't really know how to answer your question.

All the documents I uploaded - the Word files - both Journal size and 8 x 11 - should not be read-only files. They should be Word documents, set so that you can edit them. If they are not, you should try downloading them again.

I also wanted to point out that the AKL page was designed just for Animal Kingdom, hence the African theming and the Lion King clipart. It wasn't a hotel page, just an AKL page.

But, if you'd like to change it, you should download the Word documents. That's why I uploaded both PDF and Word. So if you want to change the files, you can.

Hi I love your planner! I am able to download the smaller pages as word files, but I was hoping to use the 8 X 11 pages, and the file is not available any longer. Have you removed the files?

The planner looks awesome. I tried to download in word Full Page and PDF but the website says the file has been deleted. Are there any other links. I went through step 3 and the images I have are small with no way to change the size.

I hadn't checked this in quite awhile! I recently had a problem with my external hard drive, and all of the files for the Word documents and PDFs are on there.

Yes, others have mentioned this problem. It is all from the website - the tradeoff I face from the fact that it has unlimited bandwidth.

I'm going to try and find another website to host these pictures so that this problem doesn't affect anyone any longer.

Hey everyone!

This weekend I think I'm going to re-create my planner as I believe the old files might have been lost forever in my hard drive crash.

Since I'm re-creating it, I might as well update it and add things to it, right?

Things I'm going to add are:

- Updates to the Crowd Reports sections to reflect that Touring Plans now offers a crowd level for every park (This didn't exist when I made the first one)
- A Cover and Info Page for every hotel
- Updates to the Parades and Celebrations to reflect changes in the Parades since I created the page
- A Drinking Around the World section for those that are so inclined

PLEASE let me know if there is anything else you would like to see or anything else that you'd like to see differently! The only thing I can't do is anything for Universal/Harry Potter Land, Busch, Sea World or DisneyLand, as I'm only familiar with WDW.

Give me your feedback, guys! Is there a page that isn't as userfriendly to your needs?

Wow! My first trip to Disney was carefully planned out (by the hour) on graph paper and I thought that was pretty good. But you put me to shame. I wonder if you could publish this planner and make a little money to boot? It is exceptionally well done. This type of organization makes the trip so much better when you have small children. Now that my kids are all teens, one is an adult, and we have been there many times--we don't plan much. I make priority seating arrangements in advance (and pre-purchase tickets to stuff) and rough out the daily schedule and then play it by ear. When the kids were little my husband said, "What's next?", now he says, "What do you want to do now?". hahaha! Funny, how it has changed.
I highly recommend detailed planning for families with small children, it makes the trip 100% better in my opinion.

Hey guys!

Thanks for all the new subscriptions! The planner is definitely coming along. Should be finished with the 1st version by the end of this week!

What I will do is create a sample so that you can all see what is supposed to look like if someone filled it out themselves. This will also be helpful when I create a blank PDF so people know what to put where when they print it out.

Then, I will create the following versions (in this order, so if you are waiting for a specific version, know that this is how they will come out):

- 4 by 6 PDF - Blank where you can print and write-in
- 4 by 6 Word Doc - with different fonts to download
- 4 by 6 Word Doc - ONE Font
- 4 by 6 JPGs for each page
- Full Page PDF - Blank where you can print and write-in
- Full Page Word Doc - with different fonts to download
- Full Page Word Doc - ONE font

Each version will have its own instructions along with additional folders for those who want to personalize their trip even more.

I can't wait to show you all everything I've done! I've really tried this time to make everything as easily personable as possible!

Just wanted to say I used your 4x6 pages and made my planner yesterday! It's amazing! I put them in a black photo album I got at Walmart, this way when I go on a new trip, I can just switch out the sheets I wrote on. I also put your cover on the front of it! Thanks soooo much!

I don't know how that happened! But, yes, it appears you are correct and that only one font is listed in the instructions for the Word file. I have reloaded the file and it is now updated to include all the fonts you need to download.
