Pic of a Mickey Shapped Balloon

Ok creative people....I have been trying to make Mickey Shapped Balloons for a card I am making for a friends son, who has to have surgery on friday....he's only 6 and all of my attempts are not coming out well.

What I am looking for is something I can use as a template to trace onto card stock. I am not sure if this is the right forum for this request, but if you have any ideas let me know
