I booked my flights today :banana:

I'll land in Orlando around 10am on Friday the 11th and then I leave at 7pm on Sunday the 13th.

I usually fly JetBlue but all their flights left Orlando wayyyyy too early! I want to be there for the podcast recording

So, I'm flying AirTran...which I've only flown once before and ended up with bruises all down my forearm from the turbulence! :eek: Hopefully this flight will be much smoother.

I see JetBlue has gone back to that stupid 9am flight returning to Richmond - I don't understand that one at all. At one point they had a 6pm flight. I wish they would leave it later.

As of now my plan is Thur - Sun, but is subject to change, I can't make any plans too far out for flights - my schedule changes to often.

So far this year, everytime I go to Florida, I end up in London the week before, I sure hope that doesn't happen for this trip.

This is the reason I fly Southwest :thumbsup2 No fees to change flights, usually the best price anyway, and no charge for extra bags! Of course, it helps they are available from BWI.

Sorry about that - When I first started updated, I was trying different ways to make page 1 look organized. In the end, I am adding everyone to an excel spreadsheet, sorting by arrival date, then adding everyone in. I must've typed you in wrong - either that or maybe wishful thinking? Main Party/Event – the evening of Saturday 12/12/2009

- We are not ready to take waitlist/sign-ups for our main event/party – so please don’t ask. Once we have some specifics worked out we will put up a sign-up form. Until then please be patient.
- We understand that many people will want to attend this year’s party so we are working to ensure we can accommodate as many people as possible so no one is left out.
- We will be charging a small fee to attend this event. This fee is to offset administrative costs and to help ensure everyone who signed up for the party attends. Last year we had some people sign-up who didn’t attend – and since Disney charges us ‘per head’ for these events we wound up wasting money and, worst yet, those were spaces others could have taken.
- We have not worked out the exact fee yet, but plan on keeping it as reasonable as possible so that as many folks who want to attend are able – more details to come.
- Folks who book 2 or more nights with Dreams Unlimited Travel for that weekend will get a priority space on the list for the party as well as have the fee waived.

Okay, I have edited the original post to clean things up a bit. I hated the way it looked before but couldn't quite figure out how to make it look straight. Hopefully I got everyone right - if there is anything I didn't get right, let me know and I'll make the change.

One more thing - I noticed Mary has done a lot of work getting where everyone is staying and I know she tried :blush: to get me to add them to this thread but I was frustrated with how the first page looked. I am in the process of cross-referencing all of the posts from Mary's thread onto this one and will link up to her thread on my first post just because I really like the way her first page looks :thumbsup2 The info has been updated on my excel - give me a few hours (gotta get to work - I'll do it during lunch) and I'll have everyone updated. Then if it is wrong, you can send out the henchmen.

- We understand that many people will want to attend this year’s party so we are working to ensure we can accommodate as many people as possible so no one is left out.
- We will be charging a small fee to attend this event. This fee is to offset administrative costs and to help ensure everyone who signed up for the party attends. Last year we had some people sign-up who didn’t attend – and since Disney charges us ‘per head’ for these events we wound up wasting money and, worst yet, those were spaces others could have taken.
- We have not worked out the exact fee yet, but plan on keeping it as reasonable as possible so that as many folks who want to attend are able – more details to come.
- Folks who book 2 or more nights with Dreams Unlimited Travel for that weekend will get a priority space on the list for the party as well as have the fee waived.

One more thing - I noticed Mary has done a lot of work getting where everyone is staying and I know she tried :blush: to get me to add them to this thread but I was frustrated with how the first page looked. ME only works through MCO. Sanford has shuttles but you have to pay for them and I think they are a bit on the expensive side. When I checked it out it was about the same as renting a car. Make sure you check for hidden fees, we will see the 79 one way but then there are bag fees, taxes, seat fee, extra if you want to make sure you can carry on your carry on, etc. It does not save anything by the time you add in all those things.

ME is only at MCO. Part of the airports deal with Disney.

In my best Lilo voice, "I LIKE it!!!" I was going to update my list during my lunch today but I think I will go with Plan B (aka - the way you did it) which will require more than my hour lunch. If you plan to spend more time at DTD, Congress Park would be best. If you want to be closer to the main pool and restaurant, you want the Springs. What you don't want is Carousel. I'm sure Kathy has it all figured out.

This Free Dining Promotion differs slightly from the discount that is scheduled to end on July 26th. We did do MVMCP last year but it was with my sister and her husband. First time they have ever been to WDW. We loved the Castle lighting and Holiday Wishes. Sunday would be the only night we could do this but I really would like to leave a night open for flexibility.

I was able to listen to (though not necessarily see) some of the CP while walking/standing near the American pavillion. Liz - I'm so jealous!!! I told DH about your deal and suggested I might see how good the deal was but he threated me. He said I cannot stay at the BW without him. Ever since we had our ceremony at SeaBreeze Point, he has always considered BW to be "home" (even though they say "Welcome Home" at every DVC resort!) Wasnt' planning on attending as we are going next month to WDW, but it looks like so much fun I borrowed points from next years vacation club and paying cash for two nights so we can attend!! Bannermouse and NannyRose arriving on 12-9, leaving 12-13. staying first 2 nights AKL and next 2 nights at OKW(waitlisting for BCV and BLT). Can't wait!!!!!!! Looking forward to meeting a lot of you all.

It is official - I am going to DAP. I will be staying at AS Music - no openings at POP :sad2: at Room Only Discounted Rate.

I will arrive on Thursday 10/10 around 2 pm and will leave on Monday 12/14 around 10:30 am.
