Feb 2009 Disney Cruise scrapbook - PART 2 - The Cruise IS FINISHED!!!

I finally reached the cruise part of our trip! It's going to be slow...I only have about 1000 pics to work with!

And yet again...I saved EVERYTHING! I tried to incorporate as much paraphenalia as I could.

Hopefully I can finish the whole book by the time we cruise again in November....

Your pages just keep getting better and better!! I love it!! I do have one question for you though?? Where did you get your DCL paper?? Onboard?? If so, that is way better than the paper packs I got on board back in 07. Maybe they are finally listening and getting some better scrapbook products. :thumbsup2

I bought everything onboard. They had a kit (blah)...most of it is tropical colors, which is okay for CC, but most of the pics have red, white and blue..:confused3
I found a whole set of stickers with the right colors. AND they had a spiral bound booklet of DCL papers. LOTS of cool stuff in there. I think there were at least 30 - 40 pages in it and it was only $15. Many different colors and designs. I know I will be able to use most of it.:thumbsup2

A lot of the Bon Voyage stuff is from the celebration package that we bought for our Bon Voyage party onboard. There was a cascade decoration for the ceiling and the table and I took them all apart...lol. Definitely getting my money's worth!

Do you print your own photos, size them in a photo program, or crop 4x6's? If you size them before printing, how do you know what sizes you're going to need.

When are you going in November? We're on a b2b, 11/7 & 11/14.

to the poster who wanted the coloring book - I have the cruiseline coloring book, but imo, most of the pictures in it are too complex to piece. THe ones I consider most do-able - Mickey at the wheel, Mick & min sitting on the anchor, Pluto in sailor suit, cruise line sign, Minnie waving, Mick salute, donald hands on hips, cruise line logo. Average height about 8 inches tall. I can send you a scan of one, if you like.

When we went on out cruise they didnt have such cute paper i wish i could get some is there a way to order it? Your album is awesome.:cool1::cool1:

The tags were inked and chalked and I added a small piece of torn scrap paper at the bottom, the starfish stickers are from Stickopotamus, and the sandy pieces at the bottom were smaller sets that were on the same page as the title from Jolee's. And I added some sheer blue ribbons.:thumbsup2

My thinking was that I was never going to get a chance to go on the cruise again. DH has many other travel plans for us...he hates to repeat. So I took pics of every inch of the ship.
