Best Western Lake Buena Vista

Hi

I just booked this hotel for our vacation in September and someone mentioned on another board that they were going through a majot renovation project there. Has anyone stayed there recently and can you give us any room, etc. advice on avoiding the hotel renovation? Thank you in advance for your help :-)

I was recently told by the BW management that they are 99% completed with the lobby renovation and will now be starting on renovating rooms... so it sounds like you should not have too many problems with this, though you may get a room that is in need of renovations.

I had emailed the resort to ask the same question. I was just told (2 minutes ago) that the Lobby, resturant & lobby bar are all completed!! I am staying there along with 6 other families from my son's baseball team 7/26-8/3 (great rate thru priceline).... I was there in Jan of this year & that was when they had just started and not all of the elevators were running....
