Our next trip is not for two years but I want my daughter to have a big say in where we stay this time. Does anyone have a list I could have my daughter fill out picking out different things about different resorts she likes and I could pick a resort to stay at and surprise her?

Why not buy Birnbaum's or Birnbaum's for kids? They have an extensive list of all the resorts with pictures and descriptions. Or you could go to www.disneyworld.com and check out the resorts on line. There are also other sites like www.wdwig.com that have resort pictures and descriptions. You can also check out the GF faq on these boards, the YC/BC faq, Tikiman's Polynesian website and others that pop up on these boards every now and then.

If you want her to have a say on it get a guide and get her on the DIS boards!

You need pictures!

I did this with my kids too. Go to a travel agent. They usually have a booklet with all the hotels featuring the pool area or something else interesting. Also, depending on where you live, I got mine in Ocala at the visitor's center, but they are little pamphlets on each resort with lots of great pictures. Perhaps a travel agent would carry these as well. Also, Birnbaum's book is great for color photos. Make some sort of a chart with the amenites of each. Such as...type of pool, theme, location, etc. and let her pick her favorites in order then you can go by what's available at that time.
Mine always choose by pool. We stayed at POFQ for the 'serpent pool'. The YC was first with 'Stormalong Bay' so they were a bit spoiled by that. The BW has the 'roller coaster' slide. Now we're headed to CSR for the 'jaguar slide'.
