Help with CS for DHS vs EOS

On our 2nd day we will have lunch TS at DHS 50s prime time.
However we have a counter service either
We will go back to POFQ and have their CS or our idea is either
dinner CS at DHS or Earl of Sandwich in DTD.
Now does EOS take DDP? and if so
I still don't know what i would want their they all sound good. If anyone has pictures of the fallowing would they post them please

1.The Full Montagu
2.The Florentine (this is on my top of the list to try)
3.Beef n' Bleu
or any of the sandwiches that would be a big help

Since we do have one child going with us how are the kids items

Now as far as CS for DHS what should we not do and help with where we should go that is still unsure of thanks, I think we are leaning to EOS more but if the child going doesn't want to eat their we want to make sure we get her something in DHS or POFQ thanks

I don't really recommend any of the counter service food at the Studios. If you didn't want to go all the way to Downtown Disney you could walk over to the Boardwalk from the Studios.
As for Earl of Sandwich, it's easy (and fun) to get there on the boat from POFQ. I don't remember what I had specifically but it was quite a bit better, quality-wise, than anything I've ever eaten at the Studios, table service OR counter service. It was on the dining plan when I had it, but that was 2 years ago.
