Member Services Special Event

I just finished talking to member services this morning to make our first ressie for next March, and the message you hear prior to touching "3" said MS would close early today and open late tomorrow due to a special event. Any clue if this has to do with BCV? CM preview perhaps?

BTW, what a breeze making ressies compared to CRO and playing the best rate game.

Now that you mention it I've heard the same message several times and forgot to ask once I got off hold.

Also curious how often the "Random Survey" comes up. I got it 3 times in 5 calls.

The MS rep I spoke with last week said it was a regularly scheduled meeting of all DVC employees to hear about what is new etc...I asked if it was a celebration for the opening of BCV and he said "yes".
I called MS 3X in two weeks and never got the survey......
