La Cabaine des Robinson

I'm pleased to report that finally, after 17 years La Cabaine des Robinsons is finally closing for a much needed refurb.

It closes on the 15th June for two weeks and I for one hope this much needed refurb brings new life to this wonderful attraction.

i have never seen it or been around the caves either thanks to the buggy. i will have to have a look in november

We will be there at the end of june so I am looking forward to see it refurbished, I love the view.

A very under rated attraction with some great views and fantastic attention to detail. I took a great photo one time which makes Space Mountain and the Castle look like they are next to each other. Can't wait to see it refurbed.

I went up this the first year the park opened and in all subsequent visits I have never been back up. Will add it to my list to revisit now it has had a refurb.

I love this attraction. I am old enough to remember my parents taking me to the cinema to see this film! ;)

The only way I would go back up the tree is if they put in an escalator.

Our kids loved this when they were little - the film had been on tv one Sunday afternoon a few months before we went to DLP and they both became addicted to it - I know :confused3 -

I think they enjoyed it more because they knew what it was about.

Need to give it another visit when we go.

We went up late at night in March and I have the most spectacular photos of the park after dark from up there. :thumbsup2
