Diane cracked open the terramundi pot as it was full. Saving £1 coins and the occassional £2 coins.

£20 kept back for buying a new one and I have £540 to put in to the Florida savings account :cool1:

That's excellent. I am been filling one for year's with 20p's though son has one he has filled with £1's. He keeps getting tempted to crack it. I don't think I will tell him how much you have saved because he will have the sledge hammer to it quicker than you can say 'Abercrombie shop here I come'.

Excellent, i dont know why but i had it in my head that it only takes £400 in pound coins ?!

I have one of these they are fantastic if it was one you could open i would be borrowing from it all the time but as you cant open it i cant wait!!! i also put £1's and £2's in it and chuck in the odd £5 or £10 when i can knowing how much you got i can't wait.

Well done! DF and I just cracked ours open as we got it for our engagement and were saving for our Disneymoon. We only saved £1, £2, and notes. It wasn't full but we got over £500. It's a good start for spending on Disney souveniers.;)
