hello!

Well am pricing up.. still..

cheyenne is £494
explorers is £562

so not a huge difference...£68 difference

but.. we made huge use of the buffet in sante fe when we went last...

so just wanted to know... how exploers works.. and could be make good use of breakfest there?

thought pool would be nice for the evenings...

Breakfast is very similar at Explorers. Its a buffet with similar choices. You get a time allocated the same as at the other hotels

I thought the Explorers breakfast was better than the Santa Fe - mostly because at the Explorers they serve lovely big chunks of fresh fruit (melon, pineapple, oranges etc). I loved that.
You can eat in the main atrium area as well as in the restaurant at breakfast time also, I found the atrium to be much less crowded at breakfast time.

As you can see from my signature I have happily stayed many times at the Explorers ~ originally chosen because, being a family of 5, our choice of accommodation is limited.

Their pool is lovely but it gets very busy in the evenings ~ whenever we've gone swimming we've gone in the daytime when it's much quieter.

To be honest, if we were a family of 4 we would choose the Cheyenne over the Explorers, and especially if it works out cheaper.

Although I have been very happy with the Explorers the Cheyenne is that much closer to the parks, there are Disney characters there for photos in the morning and you will get EMH which you won't get at the Explorers unless you buy each of your family Dream annual passes.

Just my opinion but I think these benefits outweigh the pool. :)
