Swan/Dolphin discounts...

I am so irritated! DH wanted to go on a trip, not really WDW.. so I found a cruise for our week off, then he said he REALLY did not want to do a cruise, lets go back to WDW he tells me. Which is fine, I love WDW, and am more than ready to go back. What irritates me is that last week I could have gotten the Swan for $119.00/ nite, but this deal expired!! So now we are looking at $169.00/nite!!! I have AAA, am not a teacher, or a nurse, and am wondering if there are any other codes or discounts I could ask for? We are going July 6-11. Thanks!!!!

I found $119 on the website as a prepaid-room rate yesterday for travel in August. Good luck!:lovestruc

I think Stella meant $119, just didn't hit the shift key for the "4" key...you can try entering "ALLEARS" in the code section, you might get $159 per night, ot try Orbitz, I think.....someone mentioned getting the $119 on a aite, eother Orbitz, Expedia, but for some reason I think Orbitz. The swan deal , you had to pre-pay, so if your DH is still unsure, maybe not a bad thing. keep trying, and the Dolphin is usally $10 lesss per night than the swan. Also, did you try the disney site? I think they are offereing 35% off room only for the days you need...moderates are at 119 and CSR has Queen beds now :)

I will try Orbitz.... I priced a mod, and I can get a summer discount, but since I am using SPG points for 1 of my nights, I can get the Dolphin for the same price as a mod. We stayed at the Swan once, and love the Boardwalk area!!!

but still the best deal I could find was $169.00/nite. I went ahead and booked it, but will keep watching for a better rate. Thanks again!
