In Need of a good hotel in Holbrook Arizona

I am looking for a good, cheap hotel in Holbrook Arizona. It does not have to be fancy since, we will be checking in about 2:00 am and leaving first thing in the morning. I would like for it to be comfortable, clean and quiet. It would be nice if it also had breakfast since we will be in a hurry in the morning.
It does not have to be in Holbrook but I would like for it to be right off the highway 40. In between Holbrook and Flagstaff would be fine but closer to Holbrook.

google "hotels in Holbrook, Arizona" then click on tripadvisor. It lists a whole bunch and the reviews.
