i'm just wondering if things under $4 are still considered a snack on the DDP and, therefore, anything over $4 isn't? the reason i ask is i noticed that the spicy cheese pretzel at harambe fruit market (AK) and at min and bill's dockside diner (DHS) has been raised to $4.29 and i'm wondering if it's still considered a snack?

yeah, i looked at that. the one at min & bill's is listed but i'm thinking the price could have possibly went up and it's no longer considered a snack. not sure though.

our experience last week was the under-$4.00 (has to be a single serving) guidelines was still in effect. Can't comment specifically about the pretzels at Min & Bill's because we didn't get them this year. But my guess would be if it's priced over $4 now they won't allow it...you can always ask, though - worst that can happen is they'll say no.
