Question about Beaches and Cream

Can we get a milkshake at B&C as a drink if we use a TS credit on the basic dining plan? I know it is a bad value, but DH really wants to go there and is not willing to pay oop.

I don't think so but I am Not 100% sure..But I can tell you Beaches and Cream for some reason tends to be strict about the dining plan guidelines moreso than other places
