Fishing at Castaway Cay

My boyfriend and I are cruising the Magic in October, and he is an avid fisherman. Has anyone booked the fishing excursion on Castaway Cay, and what are your opinions? Thanks!

my husband and son were signed up to do this, but it was cancelled at the last minute because of mechanical problems. I would say this however, you should book as far in advance as you can if you want to do this excursion. For what i understand, only six people in the morning, and six people in the afternoon are all that can take part in this excursion.

On the subject of fishing but <I>not</I> the excursion - - Does <I>anyone</I> know if catch-and-release flyfishing is allowed anywhere at Castaway Cay? I think someone asked this before and never got a reply. I keep taking DCL cruises without my spouse. He says the ONLY way he'll go is if they allow flyfishing!
