Boma or Jiko and TS Credit???

We are trying to decide between Boma or Jiko at AKL-any thoughts???

Also if we go to JIKO can one of us use our TS(2) and then the other buy a appitizer or do we each have to order a full dinner? We aren't big eaters. Then on another night could one of us use 2TS credits somewhere else and the other use none? I hope this question makes sense. I guess the main question is do we both have to use a TS credit if we are in the resturant, or do they have a min. $$$ amount that we have to spend, can we mix and match as we go?

Boma is 1TS and is buffet with some great selections. They have prime rib with an awsome mustard sauce. Great soups and a variety of other things. I'm not one for desserts at buffets so I really did not like the ones they offered. Never been to JIKO but it gets great ratings. I just can't see using 2TS. You would not have to each order a full meal. If you get one meal you pay only those credits. The appetizer would have to be paid by cash, KTTW, etc if on the regular DDP since appetizers do not count. No minimum on food. Some people only go for desserts/ appetizers at restaruant.

I am thinking of doing the dining plan for December..I'm hoping they extend the free dining but anyway....BOMA breakfast buffet was recommended to me and I'm wondering if it's worth a TS credit or not? How much is the breakfast buffet? What is the latest reservation I can make...so it will hold us over until dinner!!

We (2 kids and 1 adult) love Boma, we do dinner there every time we go to Disney (will be 6 times this year) and we have never left disappointed! There are so many great options even for the picky little ones. We are going to try Jiko this time instead since I keep hearing such great reviews on here, so wish us luck!

I have been to Boma's, Jiko and the new Sanaa and in my opinion Boma's is the best. It has more variety and it is all you can eat. However if you did not like buffet you may prefer the other two sit downs. Sanna is less expensive than Jiko and if you are lucky you can get a seat with a view of the savannah. In the sit down category the kids would like Sanaa better than Jiko.

Thank you for the input, some how I missed Sanaa and just looked up their menu-yum!!!! We are going to check that out, like the site down over the buffet.
