Though I am over in the United States. Feel free to send me a hello via a pm on this website or look me up on Facebook:goodvibes. I love all things Disney and am looking forward to my next Disney vacation; which this time it is an Adventures by Disney vacation.

I only know two guys in your whole country. One loves Disney, and the other stated that he most certainly did not. Then again both were pretty drunk at the time, so who knows the real truth...
P.S. They do exist. I'm sure of it. I know of another Brit who's now living in the states with his wife that he first "met" right here on the DIS.

Oh and I'm also on Facebook, you're more than welcome to join!! Keep looking though, I'm sure there's a few Dis-guys over there, just keep the faith!!!

I think I love Disney more than my wife does, and she really loves it! I haven't gone a single day in the last few years without thinking about Disney, seriously. We're even thinking about moving to Orlando just so we can go way more often. Funny thing is, I had never been to Disneyland or WDW before I met my wife. It was the furthest thing from my mind that I would ever go to either place. I met DW, we got married and her parents took us to DL for our one year anniversary. I've been hooked since! :goodvibes

We are here, but I have found that sometimes people mistake you for being a flirt or a player if you put yourself out there searching for connections with the opposite sex. Searching for a soul mate isn't easy especially when you deal with divorced folks with things that have to be worked out (me for perfect example) or geographicly challenged. Best of luck to you, because days like today make me want to be a hermit!:rotfl2:

I love everything Disney! Been to Disneyland 4 times so far this year with more trips planned. Prior 4 years straight I spent a week at WDW.
Was in England on business a few years ago and thought about taking a day and visiting Disneyland Paris but didn't have the time.

There are some great guys that post here on DIS, but I'd encourage anyone who's looking to be in relationship with someone who loves Disney not to leave out the possibility of finding someone who has yet to discover the magic. I didn't realize I loved Disney until I went to WDW in person some 17 years ago. I did however have an open mind about it, and I've grown to appreciate it so much since then.
Just sayin' :goodvibes

Met mine here on the Boards!
In fact, I can think of 5 couples that have met here and subsequently become hitched!
Everything happens for a reason.
Sometimes people look at you funny when you tell them your romance story, but these are the same people who don't "get" Disney in the first place.
Look for friends, not mates.....I married my best friend.

Just another DISGuy coming out of the woodwork ... ! When I was young my family used to go to Disney World once a year from New Jersey (yes, I grew up in New Jersey ... no sympathy please!) ... anyway I've found that I love going to Disney as a grown-up even MORE than I did as a kid!! But it sure is hard to find other grown-ups who feel the same -- especially those of the opposite sex. Nice to know they're out there ...

We're out there but not numerous. I always loved Disney stuff as I grew up and it only increased as I got older. Thanks to my ex-wife, I really got into it. I'm going back to Disney World this September for the first time since my honeymoon and I'm so excited that I'll be going alone. While I haven't looked for a relationship since my divorce, any woman I could potentially be interested in would have to love Disney like I do.

I took 4 single guys down to WDW over the wekend for a guys getaway.
Long story short, before we even left 3 out of the 4 were begging my wife (via cell phone) and I to plan another guys getaway.
Being the type of trip we drank around the world at Epcot but we also saw all of the princesses at MK.
This should go to show you that no matter how tough or "manly" the guy acts in the right situation, EVERY guy can become a DISney fanatic.

Oh no way that is toooo cold.
And we have the mouse or is mice?
besides I have another vacation in July (for the 4th fun at SSR), August for NSSHP (BLT), August Cruise (Disney Magic 7 day western carribean), August after return from the cruise (AKV), and NOV (another large group of sailors enjoying EPCOT WAAAAAAYYYYYY too much)
And many of the Disney Fanatics around me are Sailors (US Navy) as well. And last time I checked (and it has been a while) there were not any oceans in Colorado (or my father would be bothering me to get stationed near him (He is just outside of Cheyene Wy)).

Well the drinks were a large part of the fun.
All I can say about dating a Navy guy, you had better have an open mind, be prepared to be without your man frequently. But at least you know he has a stable paycheck.
I will say I NEVER swim in the ocean unless it is in the middle of the ocean near the bahamas. ocean water is yucky.

Oh the wonderful 7 Seas Lagoon?
Most of us on this base are Submariners (serve on submarines), last time we lost a subarime was a good bit ago. Worst thing you would have to worry about is the old saying they have "100 men go out and 50 couples come back". Submaine Srvice (SS) is one of only 2 duties left in the US Navy that is still a guy only club.

I think that the respect and love would make it that much easier to deal with the nerves that goes along with it. Although hard still, but the respect factor makes you just that much more proud. (not married or dating a man in the service, but always wanted to)

I only know two guys in your whole country. One loves Disney, and the other stated that he most certainly did not. Then again both were pretty drunk at the time, so who knows the real truth...
Haha! I wasn't THAT drunk! Must have been intoxicated with good company and Disneyness!

Just found this. I'm a 57 yo from KY that's been to WDW 14 times and DL 4 times, including twice in the early 60's and last October. Was in Orlando in Jan. And, like most guys that love Disney, it's more about the Duck than the Mouse.

The World Equestrian Show, along with the Ryder Cup, are part of a huge year for Kentucky. Bring those Canadian dollars and spend, spend, spend.;)
Cereally, we think it's the prettiest state with tons to do, from the aquarium at Newport to the Corvette Museum here in Bowling Green. Enjoy your trip.

Ditto. A Disney-lovin' man would sooooooo float my boat. It's not that I don't love my body pillow...it's just hard to have a conversation with it.

I'm 29, originally from New Orleans, now living in Minneapolis, and I'm a big Disney fan here as well. I never got to go to WDW as a kid, so I think that's why I love it so much now. One day I'll finally get to go during Star Wars Weekends...

I have often wondered if Disney guys exist, also...its nice to see that they do! I've recently returned to the dating scene and when I talk to my mother about a guy one of the first questions she asks is "does he like disney?" its a requirement...lol
