this is for my dd's sweet 16 for her candle light ceramony

How about trying ebay. I found a set of 24 shatterproof in blue for $3 plus shipping. They have the matte finish as well as the shiny ones.

I would think that they still have them at places like Hobby Lobby and Michaels, as I have seen them there year round, but ebay would be a great option if that's not the case. Good luck!

Hobby Lobby is just starting to put out their Christmas things. A lot of it is in baskets and is on the top shelf but they always hang something over the edge so you can see whats up there. :) They already had an entire lane full of balls at my store.
