Here's us arriving at the Florida Welcome Center after leaving home bright and early yesterday.

After grabbing some brochures and a free sample of OJ, we continued the rest of our 13 or so hour journey to Panama City Beach.

We checked into the Holiday Inn Sunspree at around 5:30. After freshening up, we went out to eat at Hunt's Oyster Bar.

Here is my daughter posing for pictures while we were waiting for a table to open up.

We had to wait awhile, but it was well worth it. The food was awesome. It was my first time eating oysters and I absolutely loved them. Wish I had taken some pics of it, but by the time we got a table, I was starving and dove right in.

Today, we're just hanging out at the hotel enjoying the beach, the pool, the music, and the atmosphere. We might do some light shopping later on. I'll post more pictures of it as soon as I can.

Tomorrow morning, we're finishing our drive and planning on staying in a super cheap hotel in Kissimmee before going on bright and early to the Fort! I can't wait!

Lol! Yes, the OJ is fantastic! It's a lot sweeter than the stuff I buy in a box.

Just took the boys out to eat at Hooters. I'll post a pic of it as soon as I can. We're about to go downstairs for the torch lighting ceremony that they have here at the hotel.

We took the boys out to eat at Hooters of all places. We had a really good time and the wings really are great.

Tomorrow morning, we are heading over to St. Andrews State Park before leaving Panama City Beach. I want to check out the campsites for when DH and I can come back.

I LOVE Hunts oyster bar!!!!:love::love::love::love: I miss that place. I used to go to one in Dothan too.

Sorry it took so long to update. I've been having a ball over here. I've been going pretty much nonstop since we arrived.
