I've posted this on two other boards with no response, so I thought I'd try here since it pertains to the DVC resorts. Have any of you recently had groceries delivered via Netgrocer to your DVC resort? I did this two years ago when we stayed at OKW and had no problem, but we are staying at the BCV this time, arriving July 3rd, and I'm wondering if they will have the storing capabilities, or if they're even allowing this. Anyone know?

I'm sorry but I never tried Netgrocer but we have transferred groceries (including frozen stuff) from OKW to BWV and have showed up a few hours before check-in with bags of groceries. In both cases the Bell staff handled everything. They kept our good cold and delivered them to our room. I would suspect that they would handle Netgrocer (or hire a limo, and make a 15-30 minute grocery stop). If you are transporting more than three people it is generally less expensive and you can get soda, water and groceries saving big dollars.

I'm staying at BCV starting the 1st and was asking GR about the missing "shopping list" just last week. Said to look for it this week as it should be up. Assume that means things will be fine.

The resort will have capacity to store items shipped for guests.
Make sure your name and arrival date are clearly identified on the package.
As already stated, there is also cold storage available for perishable items. The towncar services are great about making a grocery stop on the way and the resort itself provides a shopping list- delivered to your room for a $5 delivery charge.
Enjoy!
