When I called MS recently to change a ressie, their point balance showed 10 points less than my spreadsheet. Rather than take the time on the phone, I asked to be sent an activity statement. We've been members since 1992, with 3 add-ons. It took me HOURS to pour over the info (have you seen those statements?!). Anyway, MS was right...I had added an extra day to a stay last year, becaue airfares were $80 cheaper to fly in a day earlier, and I'd forgotten to update my spreadsheet. :rolleyes:

I was just surprised that MS accounting sheets were so complicated - mine was 10 pages long, and I don't change ressies often. Imagine folks that change their travel plans a lot. :earseek:

Pretty amazing isn't it Chuck? Do they also still send the entire history? By 2040, we'll be getting point statements in multiple binders. ;)

Yes, Pam it is the full history, and each add-on is listed separately - with points accounted for separately - so one reservation MAY be split between the original contract and the add-ons (that took awhile to figure out). My spreadsheet is only 2 pages long - MS paperwork is 10!!
