GLF Press Release
A long time ago the gnome was strolling the face of the earth, long time before mankind. Happily he smoked his little pipe or chewed on a blade of grass.
But then, man came. In his knowledge (or maybe despite it) he approached the humans friendly, but instead of living in harmony, mankind hunted the gnomes down and captured them for fun.
That is why the Dutch Gardengnome Liberation Front (GLF) was formed. The gnome must return to his natural habitat and GLF will do everything in his power to do so.
Uncle Roel
Once he lived in a dull garden in Groningen. That was not very exciting so he called in the help of the GLF. We decided that Roel must spread his message among other gardengnomes: free the gardengnome.
