OT - Vent about my Computer!

Uggggghhhhh! I am so mad!:mad: I bought a new HP printer the other day and did the whole installation CD thing. It installed a new photo editing/storage program and the program is AWFUL! So I try to access my old HP Editing/storage program and it won't open. Now, I've been chatting for 1-1/2 hrs w/ HP and they are telling me to uninstall the Photo Essentials and download my old one from their website. Well, IT'S NOT WORKING! I just want to access my pictures, I can't and I'm getting pi****d off!

you should be able to see your pictures via your picture folder :confused3 make sure your pictures files are due to open in windows explorer...

No, I can do that. But the program is an editing program that allows you to organize and tag, etc the pictures for easier filing/searching/viewing. My old program was great and this one is awful. After almost 2 hrs on different chats with HP "techs", they finally decide to tell me that the old program is not available and is defunct. I have to use this one...oh well, I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Ugh, if it ain't broke, then why fix it?!!!
