DVC Members?

Hey I was wondering who here belongs to the DVC. If you do talk to me about it I would like to know what you think about it.

we joined in March 2002

we havent used our points yet(we banked them this year to go to next year)

but so far we love it...we are thrilled to have bought Beach Club Villas and cant wait to stay there!

when we joined you could either take some money off the cost or get a free stay depending on how many points you received so we ended up getting a 5-night stay at any hotel and we used it to stay at YC

i think its worth it...b/c our guy Dave told us that if you bought the cheapest number points and calculated it all out that you would be spending about 1000 bucks for the next 40 years...which isnt bad at all!

I'm a dVC member. My family first bought at the BWV and then at the BCV. I love the BWV. I haven't stayed at the BCV yet, but can't wait.:p

We joined last summer and bought into the BWV. The room we were in looked right out over the BW and at night I could see Epcot all lit up and everything from the couch!! It was great!!! Only 39 more days to go!!!:D

Hey my family joined about 3-4 years ago. We bought at BWV. They are so awesome! DVC is areally a great way to enjoy WDW and other locations like VB & HHI.

We belong to Boardwalk Villas and we Just bought more points at Beach Club!

My family joined in 1992 I think, well it was the first year it was ever available. We belong to Old Key West, formerly called The Disney Vacation Club, but boy has it grown! We use our points all the time, we love it! We used a lot of our points for the cruise we just took, the whole trip cost us like $75! We traveled with another family who spent like $4,000! It is definately worth it, my parents say it's the best investment they've ever made!
