Are the park tickets free with hotel stay?

Sorry this is probably a stupid question but say for example if I book 5 nights at Santa fe through disney, will I get 6 days free park tickets?

Also what about the associated hotels?

If you book your package through Disney, for either the onsite or associated hotels, you get the park tickets included, at no extra cost (so yes, 5 nights hotel usually means you get 6 days park tickets included in the package).
