Hello All,
Going in a few weeks, and I have two AP vouchers to activate. Flight arrives around 12:30, so this will be a mid-day job. Staying at POFQ.
Any recommendations where the quickest place to get this done would be? I think we want to go to MK first, as we have reservations at OHana that night.
I hear that the International Gateway at Epcot is usually uncrowded, but would probably be hard for me to get to as I am not staying at BWK or Y&B.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I find MK to be a very good place to do those kinds of transactions. We activated our APs and got the TiW card at the MK guest relations window (outside the turnstiles - it's on the right hand side) in the middle of the afternoon last year and it was very quick and efficient.

Anything related to Park tickets can be done at any of the following locations:
Any Park (including Water Parks) ticket booth. This includes the TTC.
Any Guest Relations Office (GRO) outside the parks. This includes the Water Parks, TTC and DTD.
Any GRO inside the Parks.
Guest Services/Concierge in the Resorts; however they cannot do anything related to Annual Passes.
This includes "will-call", upgrading any tickets, replacing any tickets, converting an AP voucher to an AP, or selling an AP.
Anything that can be done related to tickets at a GRO can also be done at a regular ticket window. The ticket windows cannot do things such as make reservations, unscramble problems related to room keys, or handle Lost and Found or Guest Recovery.

I just visited and activated my AP at the customer service/will call area at the Magic Kingdom...I was there on a Saturday around 2:00 and had no wait whatsoever.
It was great!
Happy travels!

Thanks everyone, sounds like the MK won't be a problem, and I can buy my Tables in Wonderland there too.
Thanks!!!

Try the International Gate at Epcot! It is never crowded!

At that time of day, you should not have any wait at any of the locations.

I didnt realize you could do it at DTD. If that is possible you can take the boat to DTD from the resort.

I highly recommend guest services at DTD because it isn't very busy and very fast. I'd try to explain where it is, but I would get you lost. I used them in January and it saved me time and worry. I was afraid I'd be sitting in line at Epcot the next morning.
Have Fun!
