What's in the "Secret Porthole" Barrels?

Admiring the pictures of the "secret porthole" (http://www.angelfire.com/my/disneycruiser/pics.htm) views (thank you, Barb & Tony!), one daughter asked, "What's in the barrels? Raw Sewage?"

I'm sure her suggestion is wrong, but what's the right answer?

A large round Liferaft with a tent top. They do drills with one at Castaway Cay usually. I think it's for the crew.

Yep, we've heard that those rafts are for the crew too. At one of the Navigator series talks, the officers were explaining the total lifeboat/liferaft capacity, and it far exceeds the number of guests and crew on board. I'm sure that's in case one or more boats or rafts are inoperable.
