So, I've heard about (and seen pictures of) the yummy donuts at typhoon lagoon...just wanted to check if they're available at blizzard beach too. They may influence our decision of what water park we go to. :rotfl:

Are they are the dining plan? This is will be our first time on the DP so I didn't take notice in the past.

Ok, so what is so wonderful about these donuts? :)I think it's that they're bite-sized, freshly made and still warm, and that you can get them with either sugar or a dipping sauce (chocolate, raspberry, and maybe white chocolate -- we just get sugar).

Somebody please post a picture.......
We'll be there the week after next and fried sugary bread is one of my favorite weaknesses.

I tried but I just can't find a picture (checked the DIS, Google, Flickr).

Just checked and according to the menu on AllEars the dipping sauces are chocolate, white chocolate and raspberry. They don't mention it, but I'm pretty sure we were also given the option of getting our donuts plain, tossed in sugar, or tossed in cinnamon sugar.

At TL we still give 30 minute shopping passes. So you can come to a Guest Services window, get a pass, go into the park to buy them and be out within the time limit. When you walk in, at the point where Singapore Sal's is on your right and the Tip Board straight ahead, the Donut Shop will be on your left.

Does anyone have a photo?

Are they similar to Dunkin Donuts Munchkins? :confused3

Does anyone have a photo?

Are they similar to Dunkin Donuts Munchkins? :confused3No. They are the size and shape of the mini Hostess donuts, round with a hole in the middle but mini-sized. However, they're freshly made, a cake-type donut, not the raised glazed style of donut. So they're not like Krispy Kremes, more like the Dunkin' Donuts cake donuts, just really small.

I have become intrigued by this thread:lmao:

I never knew about these little donuts and even though my next trip is not until Oct 2010, I am looking forward to trying these donuts!

I also went looking for photos and this is the only one I found- Not a nice and yummy close up of the actual donut- but a pic nontheless (maybe we should make a request on the food porn thread for a pic?)
