DIS Digi-Challenge #59 (5-28 to 6/3)

Sorry, this is late. I tried to post it earlier, but the computer at work was not reading my Word file.

We're going to do another story challenge. This time your layout will tell the story of Cinderella!

Rules:


Must be Disney related
To symbolize the glass slipper use at least ONE CLEAR element
Cinderella sings, “A dream is a wish your heart makes . . .” Use one of the words: DREAM, WISH, or HEART in your title.
To represent Cinderella’s transformation to go to the ball, cut a piece of paper into a shape OTHER than a square/rectangle or circle/oval. Be creative!
To symbolize the torn dress, use something WORN, TORN, or DISTRESSED
Cinderella is blessed with a fairy godmother, include at least ONE PHOTO OF A SPECIAL PERSON in your life.
To represent the moment when the clock strikes midnight, incorporate the NUMBER 12 into your layout somehow. It can be 12 elements, stitches, staples, words, etc. It can even be the number 12. Be creative.
To symbolize the wand used to help get Cinderella ready for the ball, include some GLITTER or FAIRY DUST.


Your story must have all 8 required elements. Feel free to interpret them as you like.

The pic is of my mom. Thereare 12 items on the LO that are neither pictures nor background paper (bursts, castles, "c", large pic frame, title word art, small pic frame, acrylic star, spray paint star, string, castle charm, tag, journaling.) The rest of the rules should be obvious. :)

Journaling:
When you visit the Wilderness Lodge, make sure you rub Humphrey’s nose at the start of your vacation and make a wish so that all of your magical vacation dreams will come true.

Thanks for hosting this week! It took me awhile to work the title into the layout but here goes. The castle is the heart of the Magic Kingdom, so I went with that. The pictures are the front and side views. The double meaning for this is that my family is at the heart of it all, too. I'm sad my son wasn't in our picture because he was with his drama group that day.

The date is my distressed item. There are 12 staples.

The 12 is words of journaling along the top (I couldn't get it to sound just right limiting the amount of words, but it works). My special Person is Mickey! Who doesn't love Mickey! He's special to everyone!
