Tell them that you're sick, and THEY should move out to the shed if they've got a problem with it! :thumbsup2

You're sweet, Rob (also safely 2000 miles away :rotfl2:) I'm just glad I didn't come down with it a couple of weeks ago when everybody was so freaked out. I'd probably have been escorted across the border by a torch and pitchfork wielding mob.

Instead of that hug :scared: TuckandStuiesMom - I'd stick with the flu-
At least you have a good chance of getting over that.

Well, darlin', I feel your pain. I was diagnosed with the flu yesterday. I am not coughing so much as running fevers and feeling totally achy. I have to take Motrin every 5 hours or else the fevers come back.
So, if you end up in the shed, I guess, I could come join you. Afterall, misery does love company. ;)

Who sez it's a guy?? What happens in the mud-wallow STAYS in the mud-wallow... :lmao: Then again... there is that old saying about all guys bein' pigs... so does that mean all pigs are guys??? (Please don't mind me -- I am waiting for my first tylenol of the day to kick in -- I'm babbling)

Let's see -- started feeling yucko on Monday. Dragged my pitiful butt into work on Tuesday. Yesterday was icky; as was this morning. Now, however, I am starting to feel much better! If things continue to progress at this rate, I MIGHT EVEN GO TO WORK TOMORROW...
Hopefully, T-n-P will also be feeling better soon.

Well, honestly, I am not sure this is the Flu. Fevers for 5 days now and I still feel like Hell. I am missing work yet again today with my boss's blessing because she doesn't want whatever this is to wipe out everyone in the office. I am so tired of being sick, achy, and tired.
Maybe I should get creative and be doing Tamiflu with a Red Bull chaser.

I am so glad you posted T-n-P! I was worrying about you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take care of yourself and follow your Dr's instructions.
I'm pretty much over it (haven't had a fever for two days / still a little tired and draggy though) but OMIGOD! I got to work today and found out somebody who has done a lot of wrecked/disabled vehicle towing for us died from it. He started feeling crummy a week ago Saturday, had the spiking fever, got dehydrated, wouldn't go to the doctor, went into kidney failure, and died yesterday. He was probably 60+ and I suspect was a smoker but still!!! The news was very shocking.

Went back to see the doc yesterday because I was still running fevers. 1 week of fevers and feeling like heck, I had had enough. I had a shot of steroids and got a script for oral steroids. My cbc came back as completely normal this morning. :confused3 Whatever, because, you know what? I broke my 101.3 fever yesterday evening and I have been fever free ever since! :yay:
I am not sure what virus this has been, but it kicked my buns. I am home today because technically, I am still contagious until I have been fever free for 24 hours. But, I can't tell you how glad I am to feel this good! :woohoo: Plus the steroid buzz is always a bonus.
