Excluding Emerils and Lombards what the best place to eat in parks?

Please let me know what your favorite eating spot is in the parks excluding Emerils and Lombards and why??

MYTHOS-- GREAT food, fantastic atmosphere. wonderful service.
Very creative meals. Then there are the desserts. What more could you want!

MYTHOS is the best restaurant in either of the two Universal parks, by far.
Excels in food, presentation, and service.
Decor is very cool.
Other than my early morning coffee and sweet roll, I don't even think about eating anywhere else.

Since Emeril's is not in the parks, are you including CityWalk?

If so, I'd recommend Pat O'Brien's for the jambalya and coconut shrimp (althoug execution can be uneven). NBA City also has some very good dishes. And Hard Rock Cafe is just plain reliable when it comes to its signature dishes.
