Can I pay for my town car with a credit card or should I pay with cash? If I can pay with a Card when do I do that, Prior to the trip or when he drops us off at our hotel? I work for American Express and I am trying to figure out how they would do it if the driver is the one who takes payment, do they make an Imprint of the card, if so there is no way I will pay with my card. They didn't ask me for a credit card when I made the ressies and when I get a limo they usually do so I was just a bit nervous...

I would check with the town car company you have your reservation with and ask what their policy or SOP is.

Most companies that accept CC's have the driver take an imprint of the card on a sales slip that you will sign. The transaction will usually take place when you are dropped off at your hotel. You will be charged for the entire round trip at this time.
If you are uncomfortable with this system, you could call or email your town car company and ask about any alternate way they might be able to handle this.
Otherwise, your only option would be to pay cash.
