I just want to let everyone know what happend to us today. This morning when we went to go into the park, we discovered my scooter wouldn't work. No power at all. I went online to find a dealer that might help. Most places were closed today because it was a holiday. Our third call was to:
Randy's Mobility. The owner answered the phone and said he was actually very close to us as he had a rental scooter to deliver nearby. He stopped by our timeshare, took my battery pack apart, fixed a broken wire and did it with a smile. I can't say enough good words about he and his service. His phone number is: 407-855-6562. He does rent scooters, but willingly fixed my personal scooter also.

Thanks for posting your experience--I have heard good things about Randy's even though I've used another company. This just reinforces what I'd read before.

Thanks for letting us know. That was very nice of him.
We rented a scooter from him in Spring 2006 and had very good service.
His company is listed (with a number of others) in the disABILITIES FAQs thread.
