Where to get a GA Card in Epcot

Can you get a GAC in Epcot coming in the boat from the Boardwalk or can you get one only at the main gate?

:thumbsup2This was recently discussed and posters agreed that there is one guest service window open at that entrance where you can get a GAC. If you cannot find the window then ask any CM you see and they will help you find it.
