I just got back from Disneyworld and we took over 400 pictures. Where is the best and cheapest place to get these developed?

Probably Wal-Mart unless you come across a deal for another store.

Are you referring to having film developed or digital images printed? Either way, the best place is almost surely not going to be the cheapest. For digital prints, Shutterfly.com has prepaid print packages that bring the per print cost down. If you are a Costco member, they are also pretty cheap and do a decent job, IMO. For better quality, I prefer Mpix.com.

I'd look online for promos that might be going on and what type of size are you looking to get and are we talking digital images?

snapfish.com will give you 50 free prints for new customers and .09 per print

I am looking to print digital photos that are 4 x 6. I saw that winkflash is having a pretty good sale but it will cost $20 alone to ship all of those photos.

You can upload to snapfish and have them printed at your local Walgreens skipping the shipping. Any company is going to be in the $15-$20 range to ship 400 pics.

For the price - I think Costco has the best quality and at the best price. Our local Costco has an exact match on my color profile so WYSIWYG in terms of calibrated monitors. Plus, I think their prints are higher quality than any of the above recommended stores.

You can upload right from home (or burn to disc and do it in-store) and then pick up at your local store or have them ship. If you have a membership and a local store, then it's a really good deal. :)

They don't advertise it, but for print orders over 500, they only charge $.09/4x6 print.

I agree with what everyone has said.

I would also highly consider going through your 400 shots and narrowing them down to the ones you like best. We were all trained in film days to print everything because that was the only way to see them. With digital you can print what you want. Are you sure you have 400 you really want to print?

We just went to Disney for the weekend last week. I took maybe 600 pictures and will probably only keep 75 tops.
