Best/Worst

I am new to this rewards program thing and I don't want to waste my time with ones that aren't producing results. What would you say is the best one and the worst one?

Also, I note a few posts about Blink possibly going out of business or something to that affect. Should I cash out what I have now and just start concentrating on others?

Thanks for your help. Even just a few disney dollars or GCs here are a help. :)
