I have searched and read everything I could find about the deluxe rooms on the club level but could not find one piece of information. Of the four deluxe rooms, which ones are closest to the lounge? The view is not that important to my two always hungry boys. Thanks!

additional question, sorry to be piggybacking OP. How do you book one of these rooms? We were originally going to HRH, but switched to PBH to get the larger rooms. If I could get one of these rooms, I'd switch back to HRH, as this is where the kids want to stay....

The club deluxe room are just by chance. You need to book a club room and then ask at check in if there are any available. There is no way to book these room.

While there is no way to book them in advance, you can REQUEST it on your reservation. They are usually very good about requests on reservations, at least in my personal experience.

I'm also considering booking HRH club - is there an extra charge for a deluxe club room (assuming of course that we were to be allocated one)?

Got a quote for a fab military rate for Club level :thumbsup2

no extra charge

if you do not mind the view, 7019 and 7041 are views of the front lawn/PBH and are deluxe double queen rooms

So these are available by request only upon Checkin?

they are supposed to be only available by request at check in.
i have received mine confirmed in advance, at the time i have booked.

it all depends on your circumstance.
reservations can not guarantee the room for you.
it has to be done by an employee at the HRH.

if you want a deluxe room and you ask for one at check in time and do not get it, have them put you on a wait list.

if the room(s) opens up during your stay and you are willing to relocate rooms, you can book it then.

staff will move your luggage for you while you are at the parks if you wish.

i have done that when the king suite at club was not available on my check in time. a suite opened up 2 days into my stay and i relocated.

i have stayed in the standard rooms, queen deluxe rooms and king suites at the hotel.
the rooms i enjoyed the most were the king suites.
last year i took the queen deluxe room instead of a suite.

I have a queen deluxe room booked for me on Club also, as well as comp valet parking. Got to know a couple of people at the hotel and that's how I managed it.

I enjoyed the King Suite also, when I stayed in one a couple of years back. Never stayed in a Queen room though.

Ment to say we also got a queen deluxe room on club level, looking foward to our visit. Someone mentioned that the club level has multicoloured plastic seating, and its painted lime. Is this new as i remember brown leather sofas etc.

sorry to sound like a dunce, but HOW did you get their contact information. I can't seem to find it. Did they contact you prior to arrival?

Tried to put a request on my booking for a deluxe club room tonight & have been told there are NO deluxe rooms on Club level ;)

I was able to add the request for a deluxe club queen room to my reservation today. We'll see if it helps come check-in in 2 1/2 weeks.

I also had them note on the reservation that I have an Hard Rock All Access card. Figured that couldn't hurt.

I totally agree. Last fall when I tried to add a balcony request to our PBH reservation they said it wasn't possible.

I have a loews platinum card, and a new Rock Royalty card. My rate is £68 per night, £950 for the fortnight. That's for a queen club, comp valet parking and a fridge thrown in also. It's certainly who you know, thank god.

The picture below is from the wall of the HRH kids suite we stayed in last September.

Well I'm getting a bit frustrated with my booking now :sad2:

Got a good military rate for club (not as good as Kevin's ;)) but wanted t o pay the extra cost for Club on my own credit card to keep it as a Christmas surprise for hubby - but apparently I can't use two credit cards to pay & there aren't any deluxe rooms on Club Level (even for request only) :confused3

Don't think I'll bother

Try asking for queen or king deluxe and see what the reply is, maby say its for a special ocasion. Explain to them you want to surprise your hubby and ask is there any other way of payment and they might send ya an advanced payment form

Did all that already thanks - no go unfortunately :(

Got my TA trying again on my behalf today - else it's back to a standard room ;)

That amazes me, the way other people can give difrent information. Did you ring the hotel direct? You could try speaking to a manager or supervisor that deals with guest realtions etc as it may help. Tell them about it and see can they do anything about it If you pm me your e-mail i could send an advanced payment form and that alows you to pay of money using a card if thats any help.

Sorry to thread hijack but can I ask if the Queen Deluxe rooms are something that is also available at RPR?

I read all of the above postings re: HRH but would love to know if there is a comparable situation at the RPR...

Thanks!!! E :goodvibes
