Well I believe we are around 300 cabins booked....figuring approximately 60% participation (3 out of 5 DISers participating, which I feel is low)...that is 180 gifts. And we are still over 15 months out.

My family would love to join the international group. It would be exciting to be involved. My kids and I think it would be fun to take gifts around and put them into fish extenders but can't quite fathom delivering to 200+ cabins on our own. Not to mention the luggage we would need to get everything there.
Count us in and let us know how we can help, besides the money we will of course need to contribute.

Looking for Feedback-

We are going on the Wonder 4 night Oct 18. These are the FE treats we are taking. Each cabin has a treat bag and then the stuff scattered about goes in them. DH told me I went overboard but 16 cabins is a whole lot easier to plan and budget for than 100!:rotfl2:

This will be our second cruise (08 Magic) and now that I kind of know the lay of the land I would love to be part of a group. Today is March 29.....so sign me up before the RUSH on April 1!!!!!! I've never done this and want to try and organize it for our trip in Nov 2011. Having never done this before I'm always looking to steal ideas and work that others have already created!! Hi David! Yes, this is a spreadsheet in Excel. Nothing fancy, just a few columns with the info you see. I keep it sorted by room number.

You can see in Todd's signature a link with the details of what a fish extender exchange is and it even includes directions to making your own.

I organized the exchange last year and we all had a blast with it. Let me know if you have any questions.

Although joining a group is voluntary, I would highly recommend it. After making all of the FE deliveries on PCC 1.0, I vowed to not do it all by myself on PCC 2.0. Delivering took a long time. :sad2:

It depends, Matthew. If you booked "GUARANTEE," you won't know your stateroom number for awhile - you'll get a room at least in the category you paid for - maybe better. However, if you booked a specific category, your stateroom is listed on your reservations page at Dreams Unlimited.

I'm beginning to plan about getting something for the kids in the fish extender gift exchange. Since Christmas would seem to make a good "theme" - is there anyone participating in the fish extender gift exchange who would prefer that their kids not receive anything Christmas related? We would certainly come up with something for your kids as well. I'd just rather do something that the parents would approve of. Jen, maybe you could make a note of this in the comments column like the "allergic to perfume" notation.
