Cat 6 -vs- Cat 9 room size

The category 6 cabin is listed as 268 sq.ft. and the category 10 as 214 sq.ft. Is this difference due to the verandah or is the actual living space 54 sq.ft. larger??

Don't know about the cat.10 but the category 6 and category 9 are the same size room, but the verandah is the difference in size. The verandah really does make the room seem roomier.

The difference is the verandah. Category 10 thru cat. 5 are pretty much the same inside. The difference is either no view, a porthole or an outside seating area.
