Sorry another half board question

Hi I have searched through the threads but with no success. We are going to do Half board this time and cannot decide between standard or halfboard plus. If some of the restaurants we want to go to are in the standard category it feels like we will be missing out on value for money if we go halfboard plus, like at crockets tavern which is a buffer. Is this correct or do you get extra benefits like more drinks etc.

I've not used vouchers but I think the answer will be no, you will only receive one drink each with a voucher and will have to pay extra for any refills. I'm sure someone will soon be along who can confirm.

As to which type to have, which restaurants are you planning on eating in? If you are choosing to eat in mainly standard half-board restaurants, then it's probably best to opt for the standard. You can use the vouchers at face value and pay the difference if you eat in any restaurants that aren't on the standard list. If you'll be eating at more of the half-board plus restaurants, then it's probably best to choose half-board plus.
