Yeah, the current radar makes the peninsula look like a Christmas tree. It's been raining like a monsoon all night. Thankfully, it has been pretty dry during the day, at least in my neck of the woods. They say it's going to go on for at least one more day, though.

We're being told it will rain until Sunday.

My fingers will prune by then.

Sunday?! My fingers will be dissolving by then. :sad2:

I guess this is a good time to invest in a canoe.

I can only hope in rains until Sunday...my DH is going skydiving Saturday and I'm not too keen on the idea of him jumping out of a plane. Rain=no skydiving!:rolleyes1

We had the same problem here in Illinois last weekend! My husband was supposed to jump on Saturday. It rained for 24 hours straight and stopped in time for him to go, but it ended up being too windy. The planes didn't go up. We're going to try again in a couple weeks. This is my birthday present to him, so I want him to be able to go!

we have been at the beach club since last thurs. sunday night it started to rain while we were at the magic kingdom and it has not stopped since. today we went to animal kingdom. crowds were minimal we went on ee 4 times, the safari was a 10 minute wait and we got to see more animals than usual. everything else were walk ons as well. i have to admit we are wearing ponchos and we came back to the hotel dry everywhere but our feet (they really do work) we are trying to make the best of it and enjoy our vacation and being together. but yes the weather forecast predicts rain here until sunday so bring your rain gear and positive attitude if you are coming to wdw this week.

Okay, this morning the birds were singing their beautiful song and the sun was peeking through my window. Is the rain over? Is everyone else dry yet?

It's my friends fault. Everytime she goes on vacation she is cursed. Her honeymoon was 9/11 just as an example. She will be at Disneyworld till Sunday. It should clear up after she goes home. :rotfl2:
