I'm a first time cruiser and really don't know what will do!
I don't have the original but I have a certification of vital record. I got it from cityhall in town where i live. I was not born there, but you can get this certification copy no matter what county you are born in . I hope this is what I need do to the fact we sail next week.

A certified copy of your birth certificate, obtained from vital records is exactly what you need. Many will have a reaised seal or a multicolored seal to signify they are original certified copies. If you obtained it from your govt vital records you have the right one.
