well, never heard of that, but perhaps it is "wish granted" related.
Whatever the situation, My heart goes out to any and All cancer fighters. I have fought that fight and it is not easy nor is it ever forgotten. SO, Best of luck to her and all who have had their lives altered by the devastating disease!
Pray for a CURE!!!:flower3:

There are no specific discounted packages for cancer survivors that I am aware of.

Maybe what he meant is that he planned the trip with a free dining package as a celebration of her beating cancer.

My mother is a two time cancer survivor, kidney & breast. Good for Disney if they did give them free dining due to this. If not good for him for taking his wife to Disney to celebrate.

Nope, Disney doesn't do this for kids, I'm pretty sure they don't for adults. I'm going to assume they are going for free dining and got the promotion. I can see a CM asking "what are you celebrating" and if he said my wife's cancer battle, and then got offered free dining perhaps they were confused. Do you know the date they are going? Otherwise I've only known Disney to work through specific wish-granting organizations that do the leg work of guarenteeing the child/person truly has a lifethreatening or terminal illness.
